The simple act of drinking water alone is not enough to manage weight issues, but it can be a major contributor if we drink it at the correct times. By mid afternoon we often feel the hunger pangs creeping up and can mistake thirst for hunger. Try sipping at regular times to keep the munchies away!
You can add a variety of fruits to your water which will help your body to get in to a routine of expecting “natural” sugars rather than processed products we tend to just grab when hunger hits!
