Healthy fat burning ginger infused water



Most of us look for that “miracle” fat burning option that requires minimum effort with maximum results. However, most of the products we are offered to lose weight rarely have amazing health benefits as well as fat burning properties.

GINGER is amazing!

It is a natural anti inflammatory, regulates cholesterol, prevents cold and flu, improves digestion, strengthens the immune system, helps with joint problems, rheumatism and osteoarthritis, along with fighting the free radicals which can often lead to cancer.

Ingredients and preparation

  • A handful of fresh sliced ginger root 
  • 1.5 litres of water
  • 1.6 Juice of a lemon (if desired)

Bring the water to boil and add the ginger slices, simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool, strain the liquid (add a dash of lemon if desired).
Once the water has cooled, add to your daily drinking bottle and have a glass daily before breakfast and dinner. THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING!
