What are the benefits of drinking water for your skin complexion?
It is recommended that we drink at least 8 glasses (2 litres) of water per day to flush out our system and also to rid our skin of toxins. This can have amazing effects for people with acne, and often result in their skin glowing!
Our skin is an organ like many other body parts and is made up of cells, and like all cells we need water in order for it to function at the best level.
We lose so much water per day, just by going about our daily lives through sweat, evaporation, exercise etc. When water is consumed it hits the internal organs first and often our skin is the last area to benefit. Sipping water throughout the day can have great benefits to our complete system, including our heart!
