WHEN IS THE MOST BENEFICIAL TIME TO DRINK WATER?



Research has shown that there are certain times of the day that hydration has more benefits than at other, maximising the effect on your body.

When we first wake up: Get those internal organs going with a refreshing morning drink to awaken the senses preparing your mind for the day ahead.

Throughout the day: Sip your elixir to keep your mind alert and hydration levels constant.

30 mins before you eat your meal: As we often mistake hunger for thirst, make sure you drink water to allow your body to decide which of the two it is, maybe the hunger will pass!

Before bedtime: Lack of water can affect your mood and lead to sleep deprivation. Drinking warm water before bed is a perfect way to keep the fluids topped up, release unwanted toxins and help with night cramps.
