We all feel like we need a little “cheat” sometimes but our waistline often disagrees!
Check out this healthy shake, it all the delicious taste of rich smoothie drink and is filled with delicious nutrition.
- 1 large apple
- 1 tsp organic honey (2 tsp if you have a sweet tooth!)
- 300 mls of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp organic coconut flakes (or you can use desiccated coconut)
- 1 tbsp organic natural yoghurt
How to prepare
- Wash the apple thoroughly, core and slice.
- Add all ingredients and blend for 60 seconds
- Ready to go!
TIPS: Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the top if desired.
