APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE



We all feel like we need a little “cheat” sometimes but our waistline often disagrees!

Check out this healthy shake, it all the delicious taste of rich smoothie drink and is filled with delicious nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple
  • 1 tsp organic honey (2 tsp if you have a sweet tooth!)
  • 300 mls of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp organic coconut flakes (or you can use desiccated coconut)
  • 1 tbsp organic natural yoghurt


How to prepare

  1. Wash the apple thoroughly, core and slice.
  2. Add all ingredients and blend for 60 seconds
  3. Ready to go!

TIPS:
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the top if desired.
