Blueberries are an fantastic super food, full of natural antioxidants and taste amazing too. No better way to start you day than with a delicious smoothie to help get those taste buds going.


  • 1 cup (100g) fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup (50g) fresh strawberries
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp of organic honey
  • ½ cup (125ml) milk
  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
  • Fresh mint to garnish

How to prepare

  1. Add all the ingredients (except the yoghurt) in the blender. Mix until smooth enough to drink. (add more milk if needed.)
  2. Pour in to glasses, stir yoghurt in gently. Garnish with mint.

TIPS: Add extra fruit slices on top if desired for garnish.
