COFFEE SMOOTHIE



We often need to kick start our day with a coffee, helps us wake up and gets our system in to increase our blood antioxidant level.



Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder (or 125 ml of brewed coffee, chilled)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp organic honey
  • 350 ml organic coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • To serve
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate flakes

How to prepare
  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth enough to drink, add extra milk if desired.
  2. Serve with a sprinkle of coconut and chocolate flakes.


TIPS: You can add more coffee if you prefer a stronger taste!
