Sometimes in the morning we are pushed for time, rushing around getting ready for work, preparing the kids packed lunches, and we often just grab something on the run. This easy to prepare juice will give your body the morning hit it needs and can be made in less than 5 minutes.
- ½ a green apple
- 3cm of fresh ginger
- 200 mls of filtered water
- ½ tsp of organic honey (if required to sweeten)
How to prepare
- Wash and core apple, cut in to slices.
- Trim and slice ginger.
- Add water and honey and blend all ingredients.
TIPS: Add another piece of fruit for added vitamin C
