SWEET KALE AND CHIA SMOOTHIE



Kale is an amazing superfood bit what is so good about it? It is packed full of goodness, iron and omega 3 Fatty acids to name just two, which your heart and memory both love!


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 bunch kale (washed and stalks removed)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) soy milk
  • I tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 -2 tbsp of organic honey
  • Pinch of himalayan sea salt
  • ½ cup (75 g) ice cubes



How to prepare

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour in to your bottle and you are ready to go.


TIPS: Sprinkle a few coconut flakes on the top if desired.
