WINTER WARMER SPICED TEA


As we all need a boost of “good stuff” as the winter gets nearer, it's a good idea to start on sipping delicious hot tea's to keep those nasty cold and flu bugs at bay!

Vitamin C being a great way to hit the body's immune system!

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 teaspoons of spiced loose leaf tea (of your choice)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 tbsp organic honey


How to prepare

  1. Place the loose leaf tea in the infuser and put aside.
  2. Slice up the lemon and put in the glass flask.
  3. Top up flask with boiling water (leave enough space at the top for the infuser to go in).
  4. Add the honey and cinnamon stick. Add the infuser.
  5. Leave to “brew” for at least 5 mins before sipping.


TIPS: If you prefer iced tea, allow to cool and add ice.
