What are the benefits of using an acupressure mat/pillow?

How to use our acupressure products

Instructions for using the mat:
Lie on your back on the acupressure mat for 15-30 minutes to feel maximum benefits (ideally at bedtime, placing it on a hard or soft surface depending on your preference). For best results us on bare skin/or wearing thin cotton clothing.

(for sensitive feet begin in the seated position with our feet on the mat, building up your resistance to a standing position)

Instructions for using the neck pillow:
The acupressure pillow can be used in 2 ways to gain maximum benefits. Either by lying flat on the floor/bed with the pillow placed under your neck (be sure to mould the contours in to a comfortable position), or by sitting up right with the pillow behind your neck on the sofa/chair, making sure it in supported fully and pressed against your neck.
